Updated Rally Odds

The current Road Rally odds (released from our bunker deep in the swamps of Lynnfield):

Isosceles: Andy, Jeremy, Erin - 2:1
Still firmly planted at the top of the pecking order, this team is poised to bounce back from a disappointing 2005 campaign.

Popped Biscuits: Greg, Joe, Katie - 3:1
Throwing caution to the wind, we're moving Popped Biscuits up a notch. A passionate email from Greg and a side discussion with a VW Thing expert have us wondering if this team can pull it off and upset (arguably) the strongest field in RR history.

Big Red: Chris, Darren, Bizzy, and TWINS! (Jessica & Joanna) - 4:1
A back injury has this team scrambling to figure out the team dynamic, but this is nothing new to Team Big Red. The fact that they actually know who's on the team several days in advance is a plus. Some years they're recruiting strangers at the start line, which can't be good for team chemistry.

Akina All Stars: David, Patrick, Robert - 5:1
I've never had a returning champion seeded this low this close to the beginning of the Rally. But they just don't emit the vibe of champions this year. We'll see...

Strange Brew: Meg, Sue & ? - 12:1
Mike is out and Sue and Meg are considering fielding an all-female rookie team. We all know that balance is important in a rally team and this seems like it's a bit uneven. We'll see who they're able to add at the last minute.

Mystery Marauders: ??? - 50:1
This team is looking less and less likely,
