Weather Update

Here at Road Rally HQ we're hard at work making sure the weekend goes off without a hitch.

The Weather Department is well ahead of schedule and promises sun and clouds with a chance of showers at any moment. Daytime temperatures will range from 65-90F and evening temps will hover somewhere between 50-75F. Prepare accordingly.

Here's what our friends over at The Old Farmer's Almanac say about July 2007...

Avg. Temperature: 68° (2° below avg.)
Precipitation: 4" (2" above avg. north; 2" below south)
Jul. 1-2: Sunny, hot
Jul. 3-6: Warm, t-storms
Jul. 7-13: Showers north, sunny south
Jul. 14-23: Showers
Jul. 24-31: T-storms, then sunny, warm

And to celebrate the fact that it's only 25 days from the kick-off of IP2007, we're going to try an ambitious segment called "The 25 Days of Island Pond" where we post a new photo from the archives each day leading up to the weekend.
